Fees For SCOPE

2013-2014 Fees for SCOPE for Women’s Health Certification:

 *Note: All fees are paid at the time of the application and are nonrefundable. The applications cannot be submitted and a site visit will not be scheduled until payment and a signed participation agreement are received. For practices with multiple office locations, each office location is considered a separate office. Special pricing is available for residency programs, please contact us for reduced rates. Payment is due to ACOG with the completed application before the SCOPE review begins. The fee for a SCOPE review will vary depending on the number of Providers practicing at the office location. Providers include physicians, advanced-practice nurses, and physician assistants. For example, if an office has two ob-gyns, one certified nurse-midwife, and two registered nurses, then the number of Providers would be five. For each office location, the chart below indicates the fee based on number of Providers:

All offices within a practice do not necessarily need to apply for certification.

All amounts are due and payable at the time the review is scheduled. Checks should be made payable to: The American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists and forwarded to the attention of Andrea Jones at 409 12th Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20024. Failure to remit amounts owed will result in the cancelation of the review.
